The following conditions will apply to all applicants:

• Applicants must be Barbadian citizen and reside in Barbados.
• Applicants must be aged 16 or 17 before the 1^st of September of the year they aim to enter the UWC.
• Applicants must have completed 10 or 11 years of formal education, completing CSEC or O'Levels.
• Applicants must be in Barbados if shortlisted for interviews or group activities.
• Applicants who have completed or are in the second year of intermediate are not eligible to apply.
